When you send in a holiday enquiry, brochure request or call-back request, we ask for personal information to allow us to fulfil the request. This information can be any or all of: Name, Address, Telephone and/or email address. We also ask for name, telephone and/or email on our competition forms.

What do we do with it?

We use the information to perform the request for which you sent it. We will also use it to notify you of special offers that may be relevant to you and when our new brochure is available. This will be no more than twice a year. There is an opt-out of this when you send the information initially and on all subsequent occasions we contact you.

Internet collected information:

When you visit our site we automatically collect certain information about you: Search terms used to find our site on search-engines, the site you came from to visit us, your browser, length of visit, pages on our site visited. None of this information is linked to your identity, we gather it anonymously to better understand our site and make improvements to help you, the visitor.
