All Real Africa clients are asked for feedback on their holiday; the standard of accommodation, the quality of the guides and services provided. It allows us to monitor and improve on the high standards we set.

Everything was just perfect - our guide was fantastic. While on Safari we saw every animal you could think of, including the leopard. We saw the migration, the rhino (both black and white) Lions mating and Cheetahs with their cubs - even the BBC filming the Big Cat Diaries!!!!

We got back from our holiday in South Africa last Friday. We had a great time and I feel I need to thank you for making it a holiday we will always remember.

The travel arrangements went very smoothly. We were met by your representatives at Joberg and Port Eliz, and they helped ease us through to our destination.

All of the accommodation was excellent, exceeding our expectations and I cannot fault the service we received. South Africa is a fantastic country and I am sure we will return for future holidays.

By profession I am a Quality Management Consultant and trainer, and I regularly lecture on quality of products and services. I am known by some of my friends to be highly critical of any organisation that fails to deliver what it promises. I have only praise for Real Africa and I shall recommend you to friends and family.

Just a short note to let you know how our holiday went, in a nut shell perfectly The game drives were unbelievable and our driver Joseph could not have done any more for us he was always on time smart and got us to see more animals than some of the drivers from other companys. It was a real bonus to have our own vehicle which meant we only had to please our selves and not worry about other people. Both lodges were very good the staff and quality of the food was far better than we expected. The Beach at Mombassa and the Southern Palms was the ideal place to relax and again the staff and food excellent.

Karen Blixen Camp is first class in a magical setting, we could have stayed for a month. With animals right on the door step. Our guide, Harrison, was excellent. Very good driving, knowledge of animals and good briefing on the days activity. The mini bus was in good condition and cleaned every day.

We are pleased to recommend Real Africa unreservedly.

The Serena Hotel in Nairobi was excellent, no complaints.

All the accommodation In Tanzania was good, but we think that Tarangire Treetops and Migration Camp were outstanding, for location, design and service. All travel arrangements went smoothly and our safari guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

Now that I am back in the real world (unfortunately) thought I would e mail you about our holiday.

I want to say a big thank you to you for the way you planned our holiday.

The reason we decided to go with you company in the first place was because of the way you laid out the itinerary, telling us about the hotels and showing pictures of them, this made my husband say he really wanted to go with you when he saw it.

The service we had from the Agents where ever we went was very very good and we were transported in nice vehicles which were new and very clean. The places you booked us in to, I do not understand how they could be called Guest Houses, the rooms we had in these places just got better and better, the attention to detail with directions when travelling and the Rovos Rail train (on which we were upgraded to a Royal Suite!!), and the Safari all in all it made this the best holiday we think we have ever had, and thats saying something as we go away at least 3/4 times a year, and I did China for my 60th which we did not think could be topped.

It is about time we contacted you to say how wonderful our holiday was.

Everyone turned up as planned and were very courteous and helpful. The lodges were excellent - most comfortable, service and food excellent. Our guide/driver on safari was wonderful. He had the most amazing eye sight to spot the game and his knowledge was second to none. His driving was very good - we always felt safe - and he always kept a safe distance from the game, particularly the elephants! With the exception of rhino and cheetah I think we saw just about everything (only one leopard though and he was up a tree!). Wildebeest were in their thousands!

May I also say how impressed we were with your service. Our emails were always answered within 24 hours (except when you were in Botswana!!) and you always gave us plenty of information.

We will have no hesitation in recommending Real Africa and if you need to ask us any questions at all please do not hesitate.

My sincere thanks for organising everything so well - we really did have a terrific and most memorable holiday.

I just wanted to write to thank you for organising such a fab trip for us. It was totally amazing from start to finish. Everything was without a hitch with everyone expecting us when we.

At Cape Town airport, when we werent sure of the directions to the accommodation, the gentleman who met us drove there in his car so we could follow him in the hire car - great when youve just got off a long night flight. Guest house was lovely and comfortable and in a great location for everything we wanted to do.

At Rothman Manor the accommodation was so fab (choice of which room we wanted and had the hot tub and pool all to ourselves) we decided that to make the most of our night there we wanted a takeaway instead of going out for a meal. At first they told us there was nowhere so we thought, never mind, we will go out then - but five minutes later after making a phone call they came to tell us they had found somewhere that would do takeaway after all. Just so helpful - pizza and champagne is good for me! I must say that everywhere we stayed everyone was so, so helpful.

At Belvidere Manor we had an entire two-storey house to ourselves, when I was expecting a small cottage. What a lovely place that is.

La Provence (where I believe we missed you by a day) is again beautiful and the food was gorgeous.

Lastly River Lodge at Kariega. Stunning place - and they seem to have this view that you cannot have enough food! I would recommend this Lodge to anyone and Mick loved being there for his 40th.

We did everything we wanted to do and I must thank you again for taking into account what we said we wanted and advising me so well.

Everything was magnificent - from the best seats in economy on the plane to all the marvellous accommodation and perfect itinerary - and even the weather! We have seen and done so much and have met such lovely people.
