We're often asked which are our personal favourites amongst the safari holidays on offer. It's really hard to say and the problem is this. Trying to compare the different countries is difficult enough as each has its own unique highlights;

- Kenya and the open savannah and great game-viewing of the Masai Mara.
- Botswana and the mokoro rides of the Okavango Delta.
- Namibia and its desolate landscapes and deserts at Etosha and Sossuvslei.
- Spring in the Cape provinces of South Africa.
- Tanzania and the vast landscapes of the Serengeti and drama of the Ngorongoro crater.

And that is not to mention wonders such as the Victoria Falls or the gorgeous beaches of Mauritius.

Throw in to the debate the many types of accommodation on offer and things really start getting complicated. Lodges or camps? More specifically, larger lodge or small intimate one? Permanent camp with en suite bathroom (Yes, a tent with a porcelain toilet and bath!) or remote mobile camp? At the beach, resort or hotel, large or small?

One thing we can do is advise you on all the options, so that when you return from your holiday, wherever it was to, you will know what your favourite trip was. The holiday you have just completed.

To the right are listed five of our most popular itineraries. These should make a good starting point to organising your own favourite holiday of a life-time.
