All Real Africa clients are sent a questionnaire and asked for their feedback on their holiday; the standard of accommodation, the quality of the guides and services provided. It allows us to monitor and improve on the high standards we set. We are delighted that the vast majority of forms contain no recommendations, just good comments about the holiday they received.
