This safari is for those that want to experience Tanzania in real style. You avoid the long drives by flying in and out of the Serengeti, with some shorter drives allowing you to experience the beauty of the Tanzanian country side and its colourful people. For these journeys you have a private vehicle and driver-guide.

You visit the most famous National parks in Tanzania; Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti, whilst staying in some of Tanzania’s most up-market boutique properties.

This is a private tour (minimum 2 people). It can depart on any day you wish (subject to availability).

Day 1
Depart the UK.

Day 2
Arrive at Kilimanjaro airport. You will be met off the flight and transferred to the Arusha Coffee Lodge. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore.

Day 3
After an early breakfast you will be met by your guide and drive to Tarangire Treetops for lunch. After lunch cab relax before heading out on your afternoon game drive.

Day 4
A full day on safari in Tarangire National Park, with morning and evening game drives..

Day 5
After breakfast depart for the Ngorongoro Highlands, stopping en route to enjoy the scenery. Dinner and overnight at Manor Lodge.

Day 6
Descend down the 2,000ft walls of the Crater, a World Heritage Site and home to nearly 25,000 animals, and have a picnic lunch. Spend the afternoon game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Manor Lodge.

Day 7
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to the Serengeti. On arrival you are met by a camp vehicle and transferred there for lunch. You then enjoy an afternoon on safari on the predator-rich plains of the Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at Migration Camp.

Day 8
A full day to explore the Serengeti, the most famous National Park in Africa. Your local guide will choose your route based on his extensive knowledge of the park and local conditions but the Serengeti rarely disappoints. Your trip might include tracking cheetah through the Gol Kopjes, hunting leopard along the Seronera River, avoiding the crocs and hippos at Retima or exploring the Masai paintings at Moru Kopjes. Dinner and overnight at Migration Camp.

Day 9
Morning flight back to Arusha and transfer to the airport in time for your connecting flight.

Day 10
Arrive back in the UK.

This holiday is available throughout the year.

The price per person varies between £3,190 (April) and £4,195 (19th July - 18th August).

This is based on the best priced flights and the accommodation listed. Should these not be available, the price will increase.
